Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

No - at the moment we only ship to Germany and some selected European countries. We offer free shipping with tracking to all customers in Germany with a purchase value of two cups or more. For single cups shipping costs 4,99€. Shipping costs to other European countries can be viewed during the checkout process.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Coronavirus Update: Due to the coronavirus pandemic, there are slight delays in shipping. The shipping times listed below will be adjusted accordingly.

Germany: 5 - 8 business days

Austria: 6 - 10 business days

Rest of Europe: 6 - 10 business days

Processing times

Due to the increased volume of orders and the overloaded logistics structure, the processing time after the order is 2-3 days before the order is shipped. We do not ship on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped, you should receive an automatic email notification from the system giving you a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or the tracking number isn't working, don't worry. Contact us and we will solve the problem!

Unexpected delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed above. External factors can cause shipping delays, such as international customs clearance and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive, and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
